Transforming Conflict into creative PathwaysOur aim is to help you transform conflict into constructive relationship pathways which will enhance your business.

We engage in the process of helping those who are stuck in conflict to find a way forward.

Workplace tensions can develop from different sources:

  • Lack of skills in communication or emotional intelligence
  • Weaknesses in organisational culture and strategies
  • Cross cultural differences which are misunderstood

Resolutionz provides specialist skills to explore, address and resolve issues of conflict before they escalate into explosive and costly disputes.

Unresolved disputes can be costly –  in terms of money, energy, peace of mind, sleepless nights, staff retention, work satisfaction, organisational health and misapplied energy which could be far more productive if focused on the goals of the organisation. This may require facilitation or mediation.
